We Cheer 2

All right, all right. I probably know what you're thinking.
With this post, I've become less of a gamer, hahaha.

But honestly? This game looks like good fun for young girls.
I'm not too hot about the whole ''cheerleader'' thing, because I'm not sure what it teaches girls (I tend to see Cheerleaders dressing in very little and being all over guys), but in this game it seems like a good-enough exercise in girl-power.

If you have daughters below the age of 11 who don't mind playing as a cheerleader, I'd look into this one. Unless you're adamant about them being hardcore, anyway. Then you want to give them some Assassin's Creed. Lmao, that was a joke.

Ghost Trick

Ghost Trick, for the Nintendo DS, is a new title being made by the creators of the popular Phoenix Wright series. The animation looks delightfully fluid, the characters lots of fun, the world full of cartoon life. Right now, I'd have to say I'm very optimistic about this one.

Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games

Oh my gosh, I didn't know how much I wanted this game. It's not a real, intense need, persay, but I would like to have this in my video game collection by winter.

It looks like such a good Family game, or it could be some fun with friends. I love the Winter Olympics, because of all the fun skating and snowboarding and stuff. That, and it's a nice way to spend a winter day.

The extra modes like Snowball Fights and Skiing with power-ups look like some silly fun. And the new characters, such as Metal Sonic and Silver, are loved.

I'd like to get this, as I never picked up the first installment.

Toting new features on its predecessor, such as the ability to customize miis and a sort of campaign mode, and with a price tag of $49.99, expect to see this game in stores next month.

Just thinking about it makes me shiver.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers for Nintendo Wii

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers

I just got very psyched for this game. This has become my most wanted Wii game, replacing Super Paper Mario. Lmao, not much of a competition. I don't want many Wii games.

Coming out December 26, 2009.

Final Fantasy XIV / Ninokuni

Final Fantasy XIV looks wonderful. There are many quotes that get me thinking and make me feel good on this website, and the trailer looks really nice. On the site, there are some in-game screenshots, and that looks like it won't disappoint. Looking forward to seeing the game in action.
Expected in 2010.

Ninokuni is a Nintendo DS in the making, by Studio Ghibli and Level 5.
These two companies working together can't go wrong. It's a must-buy.
Look forward to this one in 2010 in Japan.

Console Price Drops Galore

All three consoles are undergoing price drops. The Xbox 360 and PS3 have both dropped $100, and the Nintendo Wii is planning to drop it's price $50 this Sunday. This is good for new consumers, since the price drops mean that you can buy your console and play it, too.
For people who already own a console, it's an "eh" factor.

Anyone secretly thinking the makers of the consoles will be trying to break the ones we own so that we'll buy another? Haha, joking, joking. But that PS3 firmware update 3.0 is a little fishy. . . .

Gorgeous FFXIII Playstation 3 Bundle

Final Fantasy XIII PS3 Bundle
¥41,600 / $461.76

This has to be the prettiest playstation 3 made, ever. If I didn't already have one, I would want this. Badly. So badly. It's gorgeous, perfect for girls. I'm fawning over it. Feel free to join me.

.....sigh.

"Still Alive" - The Theme Song from Mirror's Edge
Sung by Swedish pop star Lisa Miskovsky~

This song is just so beautiful, magical, a pleasure to listen to.
The fact that it's from a video game never stops amazing me.

Katamari Tribute - Saynoara Rolling Star (Yuri's Mixx)

from the new game Katamari Forever (available at Amazon.com, $46)

Katamari Tribute - Katamari on the Swing
(SEXY-SYNTHESIZER ALL ABOUT NAMCO Mix)

I've been looking at and listening to Katamari Forever for the past few days, and I've come to the conclusion that I want this game. It looks like such a fun, relaxing, quirky, asian time. Right now the price is a bit too much for me, (I could use that money on Final Fantasy when it comes out), but if the price ever drops to $30 or so, I'll have to grab this one. :)

Never Turn Back by Crush 40
from the video game Shadow the Hedgehog

Chosen for its conflicting nature, and bad-ass-ness.
Turn it on, enjoy the piano, and then headbang or whatever.
Sonic the Hedgehog may not be perfect, but I love it.
